Job Description:
.We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of talented engineers. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for guiding technical execution, ensuring the team is aligned with project goals, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. This role will focus on both people management and technical leadership, helping to balance team growth with delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
.Experience in drone and mobile applications is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership & People Management
a. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team by setting clear
goals, providing continuous feedback, and facilitating career development.
b. Create an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and personal
growth, ensuring team members are motivated and productive.
c. Manage resource allocation to ensure engineering projects are adequately
staffed and aligned with business priorities.
d. Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and identify opportunities for
professional development for team members.
e. Foster a culture of accountability and ownership by empowering team members
to take responsibility for their work.
2. Project & Technical Leadership
a. Oversee the technical execution of engineering projects, ensuring high-quality
delivery on time and within scope.
b. Work closely with Product Managers and other cross-functional teams to
align engineering efforts with business objectives and product requirements.
c. Provide technical guidance and support to the team, helping solvecomplex problems
and ensure technical excellence in code quality,performance, and scalability.
d. Drive continuous improvements in development processes, tools, and
methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum) to enhance efficiency and product quality.
e. Review and approve engineering designs, code, and architectural
decisions, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
3. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Communication
a. Collaborate with the CTO and other senior leadership to define and execute the
technical vision and strategy.
b. Communicate effectively with stakeholders across departments (e.g.,Product,
Operations, Sales) to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of
technical solutions.
c. Act as a liaison between engineering and other teams to address dependencies,
resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth project execution.
