4. 月&季促銷與激勵方案規劃。
Promotion and incentive program planning monthly and quarterly.
5. 促銷與激勵方案成效分析。
Track program budgets, invoicing, and reporting.
6. 協助製作表揚名單與舉辦表揚相關活動。
Conduct recognition list and recognition activity execution.
7. 部門行政事務處理,如業績報表製作與系統操作。
Handle department administrative affairs, like sales report and system operation.
8. 廠商詢價與請款流程處理。
Working with supplier to get quotation and proceed PO and agreement and track on them as per policy.
9. 於全台舉辦事業商機會議。
Conduct business opportunity meetings island wide
10. 制定培訓計劃,並根據業務戰略和目標進行教材製作與培訓。
Develop the training schedule, conduct training based on the business strategy and goals.
11. 監督和進行現場分析並向我們的領導者推薦行動計劃。
Supervise and conduct field analysis and recommend action plans to our leaders.
