GNA Planner are responsible to ensure supply availability and sustainability for Jabra products manufactured from GNA EMS/ JDM (Tier1 Supplier) through whole lifecycle from NPI – MP – EOL, in order to support GNA RPC (Regional Postponement Centre) demand pull from VMI.
【Responsible for】
1. VMI replenishment plan based on regional demand analysis
• Define the demand based on short-term and long-term sales forecast
• Proactively management to lead production and material planning with EMS suppliers
2. NPI planning
• To work with project team together with products manufacture/ regional postponement center to work out ramp up plan
• Coordinating on production and scheduling to hit target for FCS and Go-to-Market plan
3. Product availability for whole product life cycle
• Product supply management through products life cycle from NPI to EOL
• Coordinate with BU, Demand Planning, E&O team for LTB decision based on product EOL plan.
4. Detailed capacity and manpower monitoring
• T1 assembly capacity monitoring
• T2 tools capacity monitoring
5. Inventory control and monitor
• To maintain right min/max level with owned products in VMI
• To maintain a healthy inventory turnover as KPI target
• To balance inventory at regional postponement center hub
• Monitoring, also work with regional planner the depletion plan on VMI/ regional aging inventory
Business Manager (BM) aims to maximize and facilitate business via driving Regions/Countries to align HQ product strategy and business direction, integrating internal resources across function teams to fulfill business needs in terms of product, price, demand/supply, marketing and even technical supports. The BM also acts as the advocate for the regional offices and in parallel represents HQ in all business communication.
The BM needs to become the experts of company solutions, product portfolios. Define business/ product lines strategies and roadmaps with Product Management Team and each regional office. Working with oversea national subsidiaries and/or channel partners, to driving business across all accounts. The ideal candidate has knowledge of AUTO ID industry and proven track record experience in related fields, and able to function independently as well as cross function and inter-department communications. Builds and maintains strategic and effective relationships with internal teams including oversea sales, pre-sales, post-sales teams, and/or external customers/ partners.
This position creates, grows and enhances its business level through solution integrators and channel partners together with internal teams mentioned above, while expanding our market share. The successful candidate has strong organizational planning skills, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, and able to manage multiple tasks without losing focus. He/she has excellent English written and verbal communication skills and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities :
• Perform market/industry analysis for adapting business to dynamic competition.
• Convert business goals, market analysis, and customer needs into effective sales and product strategies, and lead the implementation with Product Management Team.
• Plan/implement pricing strategy with Product Management Team.
• Sales analysis, project management and pipelines tracking for regional business.
• Work with regions to develop and explore existing/potential partners with extensive engagement.
• Help resolve customers/oversea subsidiaries related questions/ concerns/ issues in a timely manner.
• Meet or exceed revenue/margin projection.
• Facilitate business and fulfill regional requests/needs by coordinating across HQ function teams.
• Effectively communicate to ensure an appropriate level of understanding exists across the organization.
• Work with Marketing and Product Management Teams to create GTM strategies for existing product portfolios.
• Implement global product strategy and launch plan into regional execution.
1. Order fulfillment, focus on OTD (on time delivery) & LT (lead time)
2. Materials control, balance the inventory and monitor turnover rate
3. Outsourcing management, manage vendors in different countries
Requirements:
1. Familiar with prouduction control, materials control, supplier management
2. 1-3 years similar working experience
3. Experience in purchasing or material control is welcome
Job Summary
This position drives effectively the monthly demand and operational planning processes, inventory optimization, monitors and collaborates with supply chain to ensure business plans are implemented in ANI Taiwan successfully, and ensure the related capabilities are updated
Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for strategic demand planning to maximize inventory turns, reduce returns and bad goods and to ensure a high quality forecast within ANI Taiwan, for To-Market Sales (TMS), In-Market-Sales (IMS) and consumer offtake
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams, marketing Insights, regulatory, Area planners, and local supply chain teams striving to provide and accurate demand signal
• Lead consolidated demand review meeting and challenge the assumptions and numbers provided by an analysis in order to improve forecast accuracy
• Co-ordinate product channel/customer allocation process when under supply constrain environment
• Lead and co-ordinate NPI phase-in/out plans according to business plan to maximize product availability launch success and minimize return and bad goods
• Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to demand planning processes/operations; measure actual performance against goals on regular basis and present results to senior management
• Drive and co-ordinate S&OP process and maintain high level process standard
