- Typically requires 5+ years’ experience in Product Operations Management, Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management - Experience in audit controls and reporting - Ability to drive solutions across multiple cross-functional teams, and the supply chain - Results and detail-oriented leadership experience required - Proven leader with hands on approach; self-motivated, proactive and results - Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present to management - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Analytical and tech proficient - Adept at leveraging software tools such as warehouse management (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP), material requirement planning (MRP) systems, BI tools - Expert level command of Excel, Project, Visio and Access - 五年以上產品管理、運籌管理和供應鏈管理相關經驗 - 有稽核和簡報相關經驗 - 善於跨部門協調並且與能夠與負責供應鏈團隊合作 - 具有重視細節和成功執行特定專案的相關經驗 - 對於負責的專案非常積極主動 - 擅長以書面或是簡報將相關事項報告給公司高階主管 - 善於資料分析 - 有使用過WMS、ERP 或MRP及BI相關系統經驗 - 善長使用Excel、Project、Visio & Access
