Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for product planning, evaluation, development, execution, and schedule management.
2. Assist in formulating product market entry (Go-to-market) strategies, pricing and negotiation strategies, and establish, write, and maintain product support systems (Promotional Materials).
3. Collaborate with business/marketing teams to plan product solution strategies, communicate customer proposals, and conduct marketing promotion activities to accelerate client-side business development and seize opportunities.

Key duties:
• New Product Spec documentation: Using customer insight and collected data to guide product development, launch and optimize new products within a portfolio.
• Product management: support product portfolio optimization, assist with the maintenance of sampling, technical documentation and reporting.
• Prioritize Like a Pro: Analyze needs and data to establish the features that matter most, driving strategic development.
• Insights and reporting: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and prepare data-driven insights and reports using google sheet/excel to guide strategic product decisions.
• Product Training: build assets to support training and education to our internal teams and our customers
• Coordinate sprint planning and backlog prioritization: Cross functional team collaboration for feature prioritization, and design decisions to deliver high quality features on time.

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the development of our English learning content generation system or HR Information System (HRIS). You’ll work cross-functionally to turn user insights into actionable product solutions that drive impact.
*Responsibilities
1) Conduct user interviews and research to identify product requirements.
2) Define product specs and user flows, and write clear product requirement documents (PRDs).
3) Collaborate with design and engineering to ship high-quality product features.
4) Continuously optimize content generation workflows or employee data processes.
5) Monitor key metrics and feedback to prioritize product iterations.
6) Contribute to product roadmap planning in alignment with business and tech goals.
*Requirements
1) 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
2) Experience managing agile product development and cross-functional collaboration.
3) Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of breaking down complex problems.
4) Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, or similar platforms.
5) Comfortable communicating and documenting in both English and Mandarin.
Nice to Have
1) Experience in HR Tech, LegalTech, or generative AI-related products.
2) Familiarity with LLM prompt design or automated content generation pipelines.
3) Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and metric tracking.
4) Technical background (frontend/backend) is a plus.
