工作內容
此職位的職責主要為外部客戶提供蛋白質生產和細胞系開發等合約服務。此職位需具備實務經驗和紮實的專案管理思維，確保高品質和及時交付。工作內容如下: 1)Cell Line Cultivation and Passaging • Responsible for the cultivation and passaging of cell lines. 2)Molecular Cloning and Protein Expression • Possess a background in molecular biology with expertise in molecular cloning and protein expression. 3)Experience with mAb, Bi-specific Antibody, and Recombinant Proteins • Preferred candidates will have experience with the expression of monoclonal antibodies (mAb), bi-specific antibodies, and recombinant proteins. 4)Cell Line Generation • Experience in cell line generation is highly desirable. 5)Strong presentation skills for effectively communicating results and processes. 6)General Laboratory Material Management. 7)Support Across Different Division.

- Master's degree in Life Sciences or Biochemistry. - At least three years of relevant work experience. - Excellent in vector design and complex cloning skills - Familiarity with eukaryotic expression systems, including CHO and HEK293. - Fluent speaking and good writing skills in both English and Mandarin. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross functional teams.
