工作內容
1. Design and develop protein-based therapeutics using structural-based design and AI/ML digital methods. 2. Lead and manage the protein design, protein production, purification and formulation group. 3. Develop and optimize fermentation processes for protein production 4. Conduct protein characterization and stability studies. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project toals. 6. Ensure compliance with CMC and GMP production process.

1. PhD in biochemistry-related area 2. 10 years or more postgraduate industry or academic experience. 3. Extensive experience in protein engineering, protein science, protein production, protein purification, and formulation. 4. Experience in cytokine and antibody engineering is desirable. 5. State-of-art protein engineering experience using structural-based design. 6. Knowledge of using AI/M digital methods is preferred. 7. Strong leadership and management skills. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 9. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 10. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 11. Strong organizational and project management skills.
