We're building a new communication solution that is designed for efficiency and ease of use. You will: - Work on creating a video communication application/service - Leverage modern technology stacks and techniques to improve compute and bandwidth efficiency - Work closely with product managers and other engineering teams to deliver a cohesive and scalable product as part of a larger ecosystem

You are expected to have: - A BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field - Proficiency in Linux-based programming environments - A minimum of 3 years in professional software development, or an equivalent expertise - Direct experience with real-time communication protocols such as WebSocket and WebRTC - Proficiency in modern programming languages, including C++ and Python - Strong comprehension and communication skills in English We're targeting candidates with: - Expertise in leading system or architectural engineering projects - Experience with modern video codecs (H.264, H.265, VP8, VP9, AV1)
