Description •Working with international customers for development on next-generation AR/VR products •Implement, evaluate and manage optical/ materials analysis, process flow and integration functions as needed. •Business travel requirements Key Qualifications • Energetic, aggressive and positive can-do attitude is must • Experience in optics/ materials/ chemical analysis, and process integration flow • Experience in process integration and project management. • Good communication skills to work with customers, cross function team and external suppliers. • Knowledge of data analysis, interpretation, and statistical analysis •Detail-Orientated and strong work ethic with flexibility Education & Experience • MS/PhD Optics/Physics/ Materials/Chemical Engineering/Engineering equivalent is required
