Position: Operations Manager(Inbound/Outbound/ICQA), Fulfillment Center What You Will Do? 1) Inbound Operation Manager: - Supervise the receiving, sorting, and staging of incoming inventory. - Coordinate with logistics partners for timely inbound shipments. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. - Manage inventory levels and replenishment processes. - Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly. - Lead and develop a team of inbound associates and supervisors. - Collaborate with other departments to optimize efficiency and workflow. 2) Outbound Operation Manager: - Supervise picking, packing, and shipping operations. - Coordinate with carriers and couriers for timely outbound shipments. - Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and customer requirements. - Implement quality control measures for outbound shipments. - Analyze outbound data to optimize order processing and shipping. - Lead and develop a team of outbound associates and supervisors. - Collaborate with other departments to streamline outbound processes. 3)ICQA Operations Manager Position: Operations Manager(ICQA), Fulfillment Center What You Will Do: - Manage inventory control and quality assurance procedures.. - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with inventory policies. - Analyze data to identify root causes of inventory discrepancies. - Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy and quality. - Train and coach ICQA associates on best practices. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve inventory-related issues. Report on key performance metrics and operational challenges.
