The ASPEED firmware development team is looking for a senior Linux/RTOS S/W engineer. This individual will work closely with other software team members, IC designers and HW application engineers to implement production level firmware for ASPEED's SoC and reference design. S/W infrastructure design on SoC and Linux/RTOS S/W development will be the majorly related but not limited. For those image/video processing engine, audio/ voice processing engine, USB host/device, network stacks…domains would also be the responsibility. Jobs involves from providing design concept/requirement to Simulation, FPGA verification, SoC/DSP bring up, and BSP to system firmware development.

Position Overview: As the Senior Sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth through effective channel sales strategies. This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the mid-to-high end IPCAM camera industry, a proven track record in global sales, and strong connections with key distributors, especially those associated with major IPCAM market players. Responsibilities: 1. Global Channel Sales: Develop and implement comprehensive global channel sales strategies to increase market share for our Smart360 camera solutions. 2. Distributor Enablement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with global CCTV distributors, focusing on selling Hikvision, Dahua or Bosch. 3. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of CCTV camera ecosystem, smart manufacturing, and smart city applications to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. 4. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making. 5. Sales Targets: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. 6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, PM, FAE, and RD , to ensure seamless collaboration and a customer-centric approach.

- Collaborate with design and verification teams to integrate various digital and analog blocks into a single chip. - Perform synthesis and timing analysis to ensure the chip meets performance criteria. - Work closely with back-end engineers for the physical implementation of the chip , including place and route. - Responsible whole-chip LEC environment setup, post-simulation setup.
