About the Role
The Assistant HR & Admin Officer plays a vital role in supporting daily human resources and administrative operations. This position ensures the smooth functioning of workplace services while contributing to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative environment for all staff.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including the procurement and maintenance of office equipment, facilities, and furnishings, in compliance with internal procurement and environmental standards.
• Coordinate travel logistics, including transport and accommodation arrangements, for work-related staff trips.
• Provide assistance in the implementation of HR and administrative initiatives and projects.
• Manage annual insurance renewals (e.g., office, medical, life, and disability coverage).
• Plan and support employee engagement initiatives to strengthen cross-functional collaboration and team morale.
• Liaise with IT, Finance, and other departments to support efficient workforce planning and operational continuity.
• Assist in the preparation of annual HR and administrative budgets, including staff cost forecasting.
• Support workspace maintenance and contribute to office renovation or improvement efforts.
• Assist the HR & Admin Officer in delivering core HR services such as payroll processing, benefits administration, tax compliance, record management, and contract handling.
• Provide logistical support to expatriate employees, including work permit processing and relocation arrangements.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate HR records and documentation, including organizational charts, recruitment materials, HR intranet content, and internal reporting documents.
• Compile and submit periodic HR-related reports and data summaries as required.

Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in human resources or administrative support roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and organizational levels.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or other HR systems is a plus.
