Purpose of Position

● CASETiFY is now looking for a Senior Marketing Associate who will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be detail-oriented. He/she will initiate and execute marketing activations via different channels based on the given objective and focus of the Brand. Day-to-day duties include but are not limited to tracking campaign performance & sales, project management and communications, support on influencer gifting, reporting on results, suggesting improvements and/or growth strategy.
Responsibilities
● Support the Marketing Manager in all marketing-related tasks, including planning and execution on 360° integrated brand and commercial campaigns in various creative formats that achieve defined KPI, including offline activation.
● Plan and execute the go-to-market strategies for key CO-LAB and artist collection launches, in close collaboration with the global team on daily operations and review.
● Work closely with the Greater China team, global teams, and other local cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless regional and global alignment.
● Liaise and manage and supervise external agencies based on project needs.
● Prepare monthly sales reports, post-reviews, and assist in various market research as requested.
● Handle ad-hoc reports and assigned projects.
Requirement
● Bachelor’s degree or above with a focus in Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
● Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in marketing from an MNC. FMCG experience is a must; e-commerce background is a strong plus, especially in consumer products.
● Proven track record in brand marketing with a strong commercial mindset and solid analytical skills. Demonstrated success in performance-driven campaigns and sensitivity to data analysis as well as TW IP & artist trends.
● Self-driven and highly adaptable, with strong critical thinking skills and a proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
● Regional APAC exposure is a definite advantage.
