This is a full-scope marketing role. You will be responsible for developing and executing international marketing strategies that bring our games to life for players around the world.
You will shape how the world sees and feels our brand, across product launches, campaigns, social platforms, community engagement, and more.
We are looking for someone who is independent, creative, and passionate about storytelling — both in our games and in how we represent our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute global marketing strategies across digital channels, events, and retail
- Create and manage English-language content for brand communications and campaigns
- Operate and grow our social platforms with a consistent and engaging voice
- Coordinate marketing efforts with both internal and external teams
- Build and maintain relationships with international media and content creators
- Lead marketing efforts for upcoming titles, including our first Kickstarter launch

**Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or a related creative field
- Excellent written English, with the ability to craft compelling narratives
- Strong sense of ownership, organization, and self-direction
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building new workflows from scratch
- Based in Taiwan, or willing to relocate

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with product launches or international campaigns
- Familiarity with tabletop, publishing, or indie game communities
- Background in creative writing, content creation, or community management
- Experience with Kickstarter or ecommerce marketing
- Interest in visual storytelling and long-term brand development

**Job Details**
Location: Taipei, Taiwan
Work Style: Primarily in-office, with occasional flexibility
Language Requirement: English fluency
Work Hours: Full-time with flexible scheduling
Start Date: As soon as possible
Year Salary: NTD 850,000 to 1,100,000.
Travel: Must be open to international travel for events and conventions
