The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts.
1. Develop business and meet the business objective set by the company and team for responsible market.
2. Achieve sales revenue target set for individual and team.
3. Creating partnership and maintain revenue growth with existing and new customers to increase the customer base.
4. Identify high potential key accounts for acquiring new business opportunity
5. Traveling is required accordingly.

2.Existing sales channel and account management.
3.Conduct market and product information surveys.
1. Responsible Region: APAC Region
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed yearly revenue targets and increase market penetration
3. Provide partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively promote and sell product portfolios
4. Provide and support partners the customization services to have their own brand networking product portfolios

What You'll Be Doing
• Provides the highest level of service to meet customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiencies in corporate operational processes and procedures
• Serves as a liaison between Arrow’s internal resources, vendor resources and customers.
• Demonstrates a proactive approach and sense of urgency on our customers’ behalf, anticipates our customers’ requirements and communicates efforts in a timely and effective
• processes routine/ smaller customer orders accurately and timely.
• Resolves discrepancies with the customer prior to order entry.
• Enters sales orders into the Arrow system.
• Review backlog report to fulfill orders most effectively.
• Meets customer service agreements established in SOW
• Backlog Management, Billing and Resolution of vendor Invoice Discrepancies and Claims
What We Are Looking For
• Typically requires a 4-year degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in semiconductor companies or electronics distributors.
• Could Work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
• Problem-solving, and detail oriented.
• Solid understanding of product cycle and manufacturing procedures of customer
• Solid knowledge on products and technology development in the electronic components industry
