As a Senior Account Executive, you'll work within our agency, acting as a link between the agency and clients. You'll be responsible for the coordination of campaigns and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved. You may also be known as an account handler. Understanding the needs of your clients is vital, which you'll learn through liaising closely with them throughout campaigns, often on a daily basis. You'll also manage administrative and campaign work to ensure that advertising projects are completed on time and on budget.
Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements
• Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
• Disclosing campaign details to the client and all team members
• Monitoring all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly
• Writing status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated
• Ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget
• Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organized
• Offering creative ideas to the account manager to develop exciting campaigns and encourage clients to understand the importance of creativity throughout projects
• Keeping oneself stimulated in order to achieve maximum productivity

Job Responsibilities
As a core member of the client services team (could be lead on small projects), you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing comprehensive PR strategies. You must possess crisis-management experience to respond swiftly and protect brand reputation when challenges arise.
Strategic Planning & Key Messaging
– Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to build annual and quarterly PR strategies that directly support brand objectives and business goals

Media Relations & Issue Management
– Cultivate and sustain trusted relationships with key journalists, influencers, and stakeholders across print, broadcast, online and social channels

Content Development & Asset Production
– Craft and pitch press releases, feature stories and op-ed proposals that align with media needs and reinforce brand positioning

Event Execution & On-site PR
– Plan and execute press conferences, media salons, exhibitions and brand activations, securing seamless logistics and maximum press coverage

Crisis Response, Analytics & New Business Development
– Implement early-warning systems and crisis protocols (holding statements, Q&A briefs, media talking points) to protect and uphold brand integrity
– Measure PR performance by analyzing media coverage, social engagement and event metrics, delivering clear insights and optimization recommendations
– Research industry trends and client needs to help craft innovative new-business proposals and expand the agency’s service offerings
Qualifications
◆ Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on PR experience, preferably within a PR or integrated communications agency
◆ Demonstrated crisis-management experience with proven ability to lead teams and stabilize public perception
◆ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various media and social platforms

What You’ll Do:
• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
• Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
• Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.

What You’ll Need:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.

• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
