The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts.
1. Develop business and meet the business objective set by the company and team for responsible market.
2. Achieve sales revenue target set for individual and team.
3. Creating partnership and maintain revenue growth with existing and new customers to increase the customer base.
4. Identify high potential key accounts for acquiring new business opportunity
5. Traveling is required accordingly.

We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationship’s of the company with its most important clients. The ideal candidate to be able to develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients with Total Customer Satisfaction and to enhance our competition and to drive the revenue growth.
Job Description:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters
2. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities
3. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives
4. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
5. Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services
6. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
7. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
8. Collect market information and strategy from assigned accounts time to time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Search for and develop new accounts
2. Initiate outbound cold calls or emails to potential customers, direct and indirect, e.g. System Integrators, VARs, OEMs
3. Successfully manage and overcome objections
4. Qualify opportunities, create target lists for vertical markets
5. Consistently achieve lead and appointment quotas and produce reports as necessary
6. Monitor inventory, negotiate price, enter and monitor orders, facilitate credit issues and negotiate returns
7. Develop superior customer relationships
8. Consistently achieve sales quota
