- 確保銷售代表配備實際銷售材料、工具和庫存。
- 負責根據全球倡議和指導進行促銷活動。
- 負責根據全球上市計劃和法規時間計劃,制定台灣市場的新產品和解決方案的本地上市計劃。
- 根據既定指南維護所有報告要求,準備業務交易報告、定期報告(如每月更新、KPI準備和更新、年度計劃等)。
- 監督並確保在活動和展覽中的正確品牌形象和關鍵信息。
- The Product Specialist is responsible to plan, implement, and co-ordinate Marketing and T&E activities in Taiwan, based on strategies.
- Product in depth training, education, onboarding and technical support to internal employee and external customers for overall Nobel Biocare related products and solutions.
- Oversee the pricing, discounting and competitive intelligence on the market (competitor information and facts on Taiwanese market)
- Analyze and recommend customer segmentation and identify related benefits, value selling of our product and solutions.
- Create and utilizes sales and educational strategies, aids and approaches, in order to increase customer utilization of Nobel Biocare solutions.
- Secure that Sales Representatives are equipped with actual sales material, tools and grip stock.
- Responsible for promotion campaigns in line with global initiatives and guidance from global
- Responsible for local launch plans for new products and solutions on the Taiwanese market, based on global launch plans and regulatory time plans
- Maintains all reporting requirement under established guidelines, prepares report s of business transactions, periodic reports such monthly update, KPI preparation and update, annual plan…etc.
- Oversee and secure the right branding, key messages at events and exhibitions
