Product concept: Cooperate with the Sales team to come out with product proposals with deliverable solutions within budget and schedules in the initial business stage. 2. Project Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, customer service, finance, sales, and marketing, to define project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation before and after product launch. 3. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success for the different stages of EVT, DVT, PVT development, engineering changes, and volume production from the new product kick-off to the product launch. 4. Product Development: Oversee the entire product development process, including design, prototyping, testing, and validation, to ensure products meet specified requirements, industry standards, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with R&D teams to resolve technical challenges and implement design changes as needed. 5. Support and Issue Resolution: Responsible for product maintenance and following up items solving till product EOL(end of life); and co-work with Regional Sales Support and Key Accounts management for critical project RFP/RFQ/RFI responses. 6. Project Reporting: Prepare project status reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and budget analysis, and present them to stakeholders and senior management.
