PURPOSE OF JOB: Be a dedicated contributor to the Com& In and Marketing team; develop graphic materials in our digital channels with creative solution and to enhance our customers’ online experience. To merge IKEA digital solutions, together with our business priorities and our deep understanding of people’s everyday lives at home. Plan and create digital design and secure that they are executed in the most effective and efficient way in order to fulfil the purpose of the function. JOB ASSIGNMENT: 1. To create high quality digital graphic materials in our digital channels, including store digital media, IKEA website, display banner, social media, etc. 2. Collaborate with the marketing team and external agencies to develop a wide range of digital contents and interaction designs based on work briefs developed by marketing team. 3. Have a close relationship with the team working with store communication to make sure that our customers get the same visual experience of IKEA in all channels. 4. Ensure that all digital communication supports the IKEA visual identity, IKEA trademark and IKEA pricing as described in the IKEA manuals. 5. Create and produce communication in video format through digital and in-store media to support store and commercial activities, including video shooting and editing. 6. Monitor consumer behaviors and trends in relation to digital media to create relevant insights for all stakeholders.

1. 5+ years' experience as a Digital Designer,ideally in publishing, advertising,marketing or branding companies or agency. 2.Ability to create digital material in different formats including static banners, jpg resizing, html5, gif...etc. 3.Strong creativity and passionate about clearly delivering activity messages based on IKEA’s tone and manner. 4.Basic knowledge of web technologies and constraints, user-centric design and mobile first. 5.The professionalism of video shooting & editing (after effects, final cut pro) is a plus. 6.English reading communication ability is a must. 7.Basic marketing knowledge and marketing trend, and up to date knowledge of digital consumer behavior in general.
