無國界醫生是一個獨立的國際醫療人道救援組織,致力為受武裝衝突、流行病與傳染病和天災影響,以及遭排拒於醫療體系以外的人群提供緊急醫療援助。無國界醫生只會基於人們的需要提供援助,不受種族、宗教、性別或政治因素左右。無國界醫生台北辦公室目前正在招募1位對無國界醫生的宗旨及國際人道事務有興趣的慈善事務與企業合作專員加入我們的團隊。 慈善事務與企業合作專員直屬於慈善事業經理,協助無國界醫生(台灣)推展募款工作,透過辨識、培養及維繫與大額捐款人、企業夥伴及基金會的關係。此職位的工作內容包括:管理潛在捐贈者名單、制定客製化的互動策略、並協助募款提案,以確保可持續且具高影響力的資金來源。此職位的重點之一為建立企業夥伴關係—包括進行目標性潛在合作對象的研究、主動接洽,並協助撰寫合作提案及推動相關參與活動。 主要工作內容: • 潛在捐贈者研究與名單開發 進行研究與外部聯繫,以建立合格的潛在捐贈者名單,並依據無國界醫生的募款優先順序強化目標策略。 • 捐贈者關係管理與互動 透過量身打造、價值導向的互動方式,管理與培養指派之重要捐贈者關係,提升信任、捐贈者終身價值與捐款收入。 • 企業與基金會合作開發 透過具吸引力的提案與活動,建立並維繫與指定企業及基金會的合作關係,以提升無國界醫生的支持度與能見度。 • 資料管理與合規 確保高品質的捐贈者資料,並遵守相關政策,以強化捐贈者關係維護、降低風險,並確保一致性的捐贈者感謝與識別。 • 跨部門合作 與不同團隊及辦公室合作,統整溝通訊息、共享見解,並促進全球知識交流,以提升捐贈者互動的整體影響力。 Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. We offer assistance to people based on need and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation. We have the following vacancy and are looking for a talented individual with a strong desire to contribute to humanitarian work and commit to the aims and values of MSF to join our team in Taipei. Reporting to the Philanthropy Manager, the Philanthropy Officer supports the growth of MSF Taiwan’s fundraising efforts by identifying, cultivating, and stewarding relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and foundations. The role involves managing a portfolio of prospects, developing tailored engagement strategies, and supporting solicitations to secure sustainable, high-impact funding. A key focus of this role is building corporate partnerships—conducting targeted prospect research, initiating outreach, and supporting the development of partnership proposals and engagement activities. Major Responsibilities • Prospect Research and Portfolio Development Conduct research and outreach to build a qualified prospect pipeline and strengthen targeting strategies in line with MSF’s fundraising priorities. • Donor Relationship Management and Engagement Manage and cultivate allocated portfolio of key donor relationships through tailored, value-aligned engagement that enhances trust, donor lifetime value, and income. • Corporate and Foundation Partnership Development Build and maintain partnerships with designated corporates and foundations through compelling proposals and events that increase support and visibility for MSF. • Data Management and Compliance Ensure high-quality donor data and compliance with policies to support effective stewardship, risk mitigation, and consistent donor recognition. • Collaboration Collaborate across teams and offices to align messaging, share insights, and contribute to global knowledge-sharing, enhancing the overall impact of donor engagement.

資格: • 擁有相關領域之學士學位,如行銷、傳播、企業管理、國際關係、非營利管理或其他相關科系。 • 至少4年在募款、業務開發、銷售、客戶關係管理、合作夥伴發展或相關領域中,與多元利害關係人建立並維護關係的專業工作經驗。 • 優秀的中文書寫與口語溝通能力,達到母語或等同於C2程度的水準。 • 英文能力達B2–C1程度,具備良好的英文書寫與口說能力。 • 具備撰寫有效簡報資料的經驗,例如贊助簡報及合作企劃提案。 • 具備良好的資料研究與分析能力,能夠辨識、篩選並優先處理潛在捐贈者與合作夥伴。 • 有使用研究資料庫與工具的經驗者尤佳。 • 熟悉捐贈者資料庫與聯絡人管理系統,具Salesforce NPSP經驗者更佳。 • 熟悉台灣在地的慈善募款環境者為加分項。 • 對無國界醫生的人道援助工作有高度興趣。 Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, International Relations, Non-profit Management, or a related discipline. • Minimum of 4 years' professional experience in building and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders in fundraising, business development, sales, account management, partnership development or related field. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin. Native or equivalent proficiency (C2) • Proficient English (B2–C1), with strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience in developing effective pitch materials such as sponsorship decks and partnership proposals. • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify, qualify, and prioritize potential donors and partners. • Experience utilizing research databases and tools is preferred. • Desired experience with and knowledge of donor databases and contacts management, preferably Salesforce NPSP. • Knowledge of the local philanthropic landscape in Taiwan is a plus. • Strong interest in MSF’s humanitarian aid work
