Technical Program Manager (TPE)

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (6+ yrs of experience) for software development in Taiwan. The ideal candidate will be: Comfortable working cross-functionally with both internal and external teams and capable of communicating effectively at all levels of management to drive project success. Detail-oriented and capable of handling high volumes of information efficiently. A collaborative team player who excels in managing complex technical projects and understanding of a product design cycle. Requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication, and organizational skills, a member who thrives in an environment of high autonomy, visibility, and responsibility. Experience in working on GPON, multi-Gigabit Ethernet, DOCSIS products with tight deadlines on several separate projects at the same time. Basic knowledge in hardware specifications, and software development (Jira/Confluence) are beneficial. Priority will be given to candidates with hands-on experience with software product development, and familiar with WIFI system and SaaS service. Proficient in written and spoken English to communicate with worldwide employees and partners.
