Our Team - AIOps AIOps team is mainly focus on AI, machine learning, and data analysis for various Trend Micro solutions, either external or internal. Our mission is to efficiently implement, manage, monitor and optimize AI tools to achieve company and users’ business goal. Qualifications • Excellent team player with good verbal and written English. • 2+ years in an AI-related projects and proficiency in AI, prompt engineering, machine learning and data analysis techniques. Experience in chatbot service would be a big plus. • 4+ years of software engineering. Experience with building ETL workflows for reporting and analytics, and designing, developing, and maintaining system applications. Nice If You Have • Experience with Power BI or Power Automate • Experience with leading the development of solutions to complex programs
