Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and tools like SAP. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role. Familiarity with the company’s product or industry. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service focus with a positive attitude.
