<MSP>Cloud Engineer

It is the first cloud technology service company listed in Taiwan. Currently, our team members collectively hold over 1000 certifications in various cloud platform technologies. This position is part of the eCloudvalley's enterprise-level cloud hosting service team. Our team provides cloud hosting services to enterprise-level clients. We act like an external professional cloud team for our clients or an extension of their IT team, focusing on cloud service maintenance and operations. Our core mission is to perform cloud operations and maintenance based on client needs, directly managing their operating systems and third-party services, and leveraging best practices in cloud technology to maximize our expertise in cloud services and systems. If you are familiar with operating system management, this position offers personal growth opportunities, including 30% development in cloud platform technology and practical cloud skills, 30% experience in operating system management, 20% experience in using third-party solutions (e.g., TrendMicro CloudOne, Splunk, Datadog, ELK, CloudEndure, etc.), and 20% capability in handling different industry clients and gaining experience in managing operations for international corporations. Daily Work Life: ✓ Microsoft Azure architecture design and integration planning with third-party services ✓ Operation, configuration, and setup of Azure services and M365 ✓ Management and operation of Linux/Windows operating systems ✓ Management of various enterprise system applications (e.g., Nginx web service, ERP system, Gaming scenarios, etc.) ✓ Development of Shell/Python/Powershell scripts ✓ Collaboration with Azure/M365 technical teams for problem analysis ✓ Writing technical documents/Runbook/Wiki ✓ Occasionally performing the above tasks outside of regular working hours in emergency situations. Job Requirements： ✓ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or relevant work experience ✓ 1+ year Experience in one of the cloud platforms - including but not limited to AWS, Azure, GCP, M365 ✓ Experience scripting in Bash or Python ✓ Experience in one of the databases - e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB ✓ Understand basics of computer networking - OSI model, TCP/UDP, IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS ...,etc ✓ Good communication skills and customer facing experience
