1. Responsible for all aspects of Taiwan Intellectual Property(IP) matters, from trademark prosecution to litigation as well as enforcement, clearance search and due diligence check; Custom recordal and seizure; Domain name registration and dispute handling; Copyright registration and enforcement; Negotiation on behalf of the client for all different IP matters. 2. Prepare reports for clients regarding the aforementioned matters and documentation management; oversee accuracy and necessary follow-up on daily docket entries. 3. Communication and collaboration with colleagues when handling matters. 4. Deadline management. 5. Other matters that are assigned by the manager.
