【Product support】 1. Work with UX designer to Implement intuitive user-facing features for the Android application 2. Maintain the project health by monitoring test flakiness, and fix the flaky tests 3. Manage Android SDK upgrades and implement necessary code adjustments for platform behavior changes 4. Respond to some customer questions about the product 【Issue management】 1. Investigate and resolve critical issues reported by users, deliver timely fixes to maintain application stability and user satisfaction 2. Perform root cause analysis by synthesizing information from server logs and detailed Android bug report 【Metric dashboard support 】 1. Monitor existing metric dashboard, add new visualizations when necessary.

1. Collaborate with team members to gather and understand requirements for data analysis and dashboard visualization. 2. Receive and process raw data from various sources, including Google Sheets and other formats. 3. Clean, transform, and aggregate data to prepare it for analysis. 4. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that effectively visualize data and align with business requirements. 5. Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the data processing and visualization pipeline.

We are looking for an experienced Android APP Engineer to develop, optimize, and test mobile applications, focusing on Kotlin and UI/UX enhancements for Android Phone. The engineer will also be responsible for software development, issue reporting, and quality analysis of software and services. Additionally, the engineer will provide Automation Testing which will primarily develop/script the automation test cases based on test infrastructure, and troubleshoot the automation tests. 1. Develop audio features on phone projects of maintenance releases. 2. Debug issues between hardware audio components and software layer. 3. Verify the audio function includes audio features, performance, power, and stability. 4. Work with CPU chip vendors or audio component vendors for software release. 5. Work with the android framework team to implement/improve/debug pixel phone audio user experience. 6. Debugging Audio/Voice relative function to meet SW ship quality 7. Triage and analysis issues and provide solutions 8. Implement tools to test functionality or improve the issue triage/analysis efficiency.

【工作職責】 一、團隊領導與任務分配：負責管理和領導測試團隊，確保團隊成員能根據專案需求和時程完成測試任務。具備出色的任務分配能力，確保測試計劃和進度得到有效執行。 二、測試進度監控：負責監控測試計劃的進度，確保每個測試階段的工作按時完成，並及時調整策略以應對突發狀況。 三、測試結果分析與報告：對測試數據和結果進行全面分析，識別關鍵問題，製作測試報告並提出改善建議，為產品發佈提供有力的數據支持。 四、跨部門溝通：與國際團隊、客戶窗口進行日常溝通，確保測試需求、進度、結果和問題能夠準確且高效地被傳達。 五、問題追蹤與解決：有效追蹤測試過程中的問題，協助開發團隊定位根本原因，提出解決方案，確保測試質量與專案需求的對應。 六、自動化測試與技術導入：推動測試自動化流程，設計和開發自動化測試腳本，提升測試效率並減少錯誤發生。 七、風險管理與資源優化：預測測試過程中的潛在風險，合理分配資源，確保測試順利進行。 八、決策支持與產品質量管控：根據測試結果為高層提供關於產品質量和上線決策的支持，確保最終交付的產品符合質量標準。 【職位要求】 一、測試經驗：至少 5 年測試經驗，其中包括 2 年以上的團隊領導經驗。具備 Android 系統測試經驗者優先。 二、分析與報告能力：具備強大的數據分析能力，能夠從測試結果中快速定位問題，並以簡明扼要的方式呈現給相關部門。 三、英文溝通能力：具備流利的英文口語和書寫能力，能夠與跨國團隊進行有效協作，並撰寫專業的測試報告。 四、問題解決能力：擁有優秀的問題解決能力，能迅速分析和處理測試中的問題並推動解決方案落地。 五、擁有Android 手機品牌廠測試經驗者優先
